Booking a pickup with Easy-PC

Book a pickup window at schedule.easy-pc.pro, submit the form on this page, or call (617) 648-9908 - at least 1 hour ahead. Give us the address you want the computer collected from, and we handle the rest: we come to you, take the machine to our bench, and return it to the same address when the repair is approved and finished.

Pickup windows run Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday to Sunday 10am-4pm, by appointment only. Easy-PC is a pickup-only service - there is no walk-in shop and we do not accept drop-offs. Please book at least 1 hour ahead so a technician is routed to you.

Pickup and return is a flat $60 round-trip - we collect your device from your home or office and bring it back to your door after the repair.
