Remote support starts at $49/hour with a one-hour minimum - we connect over the internet and your computer stays where it is. If the machine won't boot or the job needs our bench, we come and get it: a flat $60 pickup and return across Natick, Framingham, Wellesley, Wayland, Ashland, Sherborn, Holliston, Hopkinton, Sudbury, Dover, Needham, and Weston, MA. We are pickup-only - no drop-offs or walk-ins - so please book at least 1 hour ahead. No Fix - No Fee on every job.
